Tomco Metal Fab Capabilities and Capacity
We have 52,000 sq ft under roof and 7 acres on the property. We also have outside heavy lift capabilities with our crane, forklifts, and tractors. Transport should not be an issue with our 30’ dovetail gooseneck and one-ton flatbed truck.
We offer a wide solution of welding and fixturing. We have built many fixtures to have consistent and repeatable assemblies that also reduce the lead times to our customers. Some of the fixtures have had trundles to rotate assemblies so the parts do not leave the fixture until completed. Several of our solutions is to make the assembly parts part or all the fixture to reduce costs and making assembly more turnkey.
We have a 2000W IPG laser welder, many mig, and tig machines.
We can support any .stp file in a 3D model or 2D print. We also have design capabilities along with reverse engineering.
I have 15 solid years of tooling designs for all facets of manufacturing.
We offer high volume production and assembly utilizing lean manufacturing methods. Our goal is to become an extension of our customers value stream to enhance their processes and not complicate their methods along with building lasting relationships.
We have many pieces of equipment including:
- 12’ 250 ton press brake
- 60" wide rolls for up to 1/2" material
- 12’ shear
- 10” horizontal band saw
- Manual mill and lathe machines
- 60” x 120” high-definition plasma cutter with true hole technology
- Media blasting and industrial painting capabilities
- Balance and vibration rotary testing
- Hard facing using laser welding technology
- 3- and 5-ton overhead crane systems running full length of the shops along with many work cell jib cranes.
